Are you unable to upload more files to your course? Do you see an error message like the one below?
The most likely explanation is that you have almost exceeded the file storage limit for that course. To verify that this is the issue, open your course and then select the Files tool. Scroll to the bottom to look at the bar that shows the percentage of how much file storage is being used.
If you are close to the file limit, you will need to either download and delete some unused files or move your audio/video to the My Media tool or both.
Remove an Individual File
Hover your cursor over the individual file. Select the gear that appears and select Delete.
Remove Several Files that Are Not in Order
Select the white area to the right of the first file name, press and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard, and then select the white space next to the titles of the other file names you want to delete. Release Ctrl. If you don't already have those files saved somewhere other than Canvas, select the Download icon to download the files as a zip folder. Then select the garbage can icon. If you do already have those files somewhere other than Canvas, just select the garbage can icon.

Move Media to the My Media Tool
Uploading media (audio and video) to the My Media tool saves the files to the Kaltura server. Therefore, we recommend uploading media to My Media rather than the Files tool. To move your media from your Files to My Media, you will need to download the media from Files and reupload it in the My Media tool. You can download media the same way you can download other files as explained in the previous two sections. Select the following link for instructions on uploading media to My Media: /help/article/1968/uploading-and-embedding-media-into-canvas
Once you have removed some files, refresh the page and then check the file storage percentage at the bottom of the page. If you now have enough file storage, upload your new files again.
