SUBJECT: Institutional Residence

I. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Policy is to provide, pursuant to Policy R715 of the Utah System of Higher Education, a designated institutional residence for the President of the University and to govern its use for University functions.

1. The policies and provisions of R715 apply.
2. Use of the facility for functions of the University are approved through the President's Office and scheduled through Centralized Scheduling.
3. Upon approval of the President, the residence may be used for banquets, receptions, and other functions.
