Your primary role will be to reach out to leads from various sources to inform them of the opportunities as a commercial pilot and SUU - Aviation. This person must be able and willing to share information about SUU’s airplane and helicopter degree program, provide guidance and assistance to potential students on matters related to enrollment and the admissions process.
Essential Functions Include:
- Able to foster relationships with lead sources to increase prospective student interest for aviation airplane or helicopter University degree program.
- Demonstrate positive attitude, motivation, concern for students, teamwork, excellent time management skills and the work ethic to follow-through on commitments to student leads and the school.
- Make outbound phone calls, emails and follow up on inquiries/leads.
- Work with various social media platforms to represent the program and engage with contacts and social media prospects.
- Enter leads into database and follow up with student inquiries. This is a vital component of this role.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure complete and thorough documentation is recorded and stored in CRM system.
- Aid in developing print, Internet, and other advertisement source campaigns to generate interest in SUU – Aviation.
- Able to accomplish work without considerable direction.
- There is a 10 hour per week, work expectation to be coordinated with your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Customer service, telemarketing or sales experience, and university admissions process preferred.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal, writing, and communications skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.
- Internet savvy. Ability to learn new CRM programs with ease.
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
