Description:

Positions have become available for a full-time Physical Therapist for both our East and West sites. In this position you will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide home-based direct individual treatment to enhance the child’s motor, sensorimoter, and self- help development and facilitate parents and care givers in implementing a home program to achieve the desired outcomes. This job requires a qualifying degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or university and Utah state licensure. A background working with infants and toddlers is a plus. This position comes with excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation and sick days, 18 paid holidays, 401(k) options, retirement through the Utah Retirement Systems, and mileage reimbursement at 50 cents a mile. Background screen and motor vehicle report will be done on all new hires.
