Purposes
Create and implement a Business Process Improvement Plan to drive improvement in productivity/efficiency of overhaul business process by assisting in development and optimization of current and new processes.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Operations, Finance and Business Services Team to create and implement a Business Process Improvement Plan.
• Drive improvements in productivity/efficiency of overhaul business process.
• Works in collaboration with leadership to ensure Lean process improvement methodology is integrated into the culture.
• Works in collaboration with a cross-functional team to develop and champion Lean process improvement methodology and tools.
• Identifies improvement opportunities by analyzing current state processes substantiated by metrics to increase adoption and adherence to gain efficiencies.
• Assist in development and optimization of current and new processes.
• Build knowledge of latest industry innovations and best practices both within worldwide church and within the industry at large.
• You will have the opportunity to work with local project teams, at all levels, to develop integrated processes/procedures.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
• Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement field.
• Possess understanding of lean methodologies
• Some experience / training with process mapping software
• Excellent English communication skills, Spanish is an asset
Worthiness Qualification
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
