Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse functions as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team, and utilizes the nursing processes and protocols to deliver patient care. The LPN works under the supervision of a registered nurse and utilizes standardized procedures with predictable outcomes. The LPN adheres to standards and regulations as set forth by the facility’s policies and procedures as well as external credentialing bodies.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Active LPN license in the State of Utah.
