Job Summary The Human Resources Intern may be responsible to complete day-to-day assignments in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, HR Projects, and Recruiting/Staffing.

Examples of tasks include but are not limited to the following: Attend job fairs Calling campaign Participate with interviewing candidates Learn and utilize the applicant tracking system and other HR information systems * Assist the HR Help Desk

Minimum Qualifications Education: At least a Junior level student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, seeking an undergraduate degree (or a Master's degree) in human resources, business administration or related field. Must have at least a 3.0 GPA. Transcripts and academic letters of recommendation will be requested if invited to the interview process. Proficiency in MS Office software at the basic level with Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Pay Rate $10.68 - $14.00 per hour depending on level of education completed.
