Qualifications:
How You'll Contribute:

Locate and recruit doctors to work assignments listed on the scheduling sheet

Recruit by way of the Wizard, social media/internet sources, cold call lists, references, and referrals
-
Contact and complete 2 verbal references (3 max) for each doctor, before they are presented for work. Ensure 5 verbal references have been completed prior to beginning an assignment

Thoroughly check malpractice history, work history and background for every doctor before they are presented for work
-
Submit each file for quality assurance review prior to beginning an assignment with GMS
-
Keep an up to date calendar of doctor's availability and scheduled shifts
-
Initiate travel via Global's Travel Coordinator and notify doctor of all final arrangements made in this regard
-
Prepare and send final assignment details letter detailing travel, orientation and payroll information pertinent to upcoming work

Maintain regular and ongoing communication with the doctor

Maintain strong relationships with doctors and always represent GMS in a honest and professional manner

Work with team members and Co-workers in a respectful and professional manner.
