Qualifications:

Job responsibilities will include:

Assistant to the owner (project manager/ superintendent / estimator/ accountant/ secretary)

Site Supervision and Communicating/ coordinating with Trade Contractors to ensure that projects are built according to plans and specifications.

Facilitating Building inspection compliance.

Keeping job sites safe, clean and orderly.

Assisting with gathering and compiling data from trade contractor bids to be used for project budgets.

Pre-Project Planning

Schedule development and tracking.

Managing warranty related items.
