Description:

Staff reporters keep the public informed by reporting on events, conducting interviews with key people, investigating leads, gathering facts, and telling stories. You will be assigned stories from an editor that you will be expected to complete on a strict deadline.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Completed and passed COMM 1130 Writing for Communications
  • Should be familiar with AP Style.
  • Should be familiar with Google Drive.
  • Must be able to work on tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently as a self-starter.
