Description:

SUU Marketing Communication office is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our fun and fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, work independently and in a team, and the ability to write current, relevant content for a variety of channels including web, social, and print. This is an excellent opportunity for students to get hands on experience while developing their communication skills.

Job responsibilities: - Develop original content for web, social, and print - Assist with building a content strategy - Write press releases, blogs, and social media posts - Conduct research and interviews - Create and maintain relationships with students, faculty, staff and the community - Evaluate analytics

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of AP writing style
  • Attention to detail and dedication to quality
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize high-level projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Proactive self-starter
