Description:

Call Center Operator is one of the best campus jobs for students! As a Call Center Operator you will be an integral part of campus operations by managing switchboard calls, monitoring campus alarms, taking boiler meter readings, and handling/reporting emergency calls. The Call Center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so your work schedule can be custom fitted to your academic schedule with many available shift options.

Qualifications:

Call Center Operators must be trustworthy, confident, polite, punctual, and a team player. You will need to make yourself available for some holidays, nights, and weekends. Must pay great attention to detail. Must be willing to be responsible for own actions. Must be Microsoft Office literate and great at spelling and sentence structure. Must have a customer service minded attitude. If you will not be willing to work on Holidays/Spring Break, do not apply for this position.
