Description:

Seeking PT nurse for small residential treatment center in Cedar City. Clientele is young adolescent females, maximum number of clients is 16. Between 10-20 hours per week, flexible scheduling. Must be licensed LPN or above. Will work with treatment team and psychiatrist, mostly dealing with psychiatric medications, but also for basic medical needs and coordinating medical appointments in the community. Wonderful program and people to work with. Great pay DOE and ability to manage your own schedule.
