Description:

A leading property management company is looking for an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented, outgoing personality and have strong administrative skills and follow-through. This candidate will need to have the ability to work in a fast paced environment as well as the ability to be proactive.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

Provide administrative support for the CEO and HR Director Assist with executive level projects Assisting in the hiring and recruiting process Coordinate company events Coordinating meetings, travel and scheduling Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience Required of the Executive Assistant:

Associate degree in business, human resources, or related field 3 to 5 years Executive Assistant Experience Human Resources experience is a plus Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, outlook, excel etc.) Ability to work and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Ability to shift priorities quickly and remain calm and focused under pressure Takes ownership and accountability of completion of job duties Benefits:
