Join us as for an amazing learning opportunity to help us build a world class compensation infrastructure as a new company (split from Varian on Jan 28, 2017). We are looking for an Intern to help us for the next year to help set up and administer our total rewards package for 1400 employees in 18 countries.
This candidate would preferably be in their 3rd year BS degree or 1st year Master’s program. Preferably an HR or finance degree.
Should be familiar with market data and have strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
Should also be versatile with PowerPoint, excel word and graphing charts. We are looking for someone that is ready to learn and will graduate in April 2018.

Hours are flexible during school (minimum of 15 and up to 40/week), and full time from April to September. Hourly rate depends on whether you are a bachelors or masters candidate.
