Description:
We are looking for someone with the accounting knowledge that is ready to further develop experience in financial and business analytics.
The financial analyst will assist in the company's month-end close process and other accounting duties as required. This position will also assist in FP&A duties in supporting the analytical requirements of the company by analyzing trends within the business and ensuring alignment with business-unit and corporate-wide objectives.
Qualifications:
• Preparation of journal entries.
• Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in the annual Budgeting and monthly Forecasting processes of the company.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, expenses, gross margin and capital expenditures.
• Key role in the compilation and distribution of the monthly departmental financial reports, regular dashboard statistics and budget variance analysis.

o Develop financial models and analyses that measure and monitor strategic initiatives.
o Support cross functional Senior Management Teams with in-depth analysis.
o Perform other duties as assigned
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Oracle and BI software a plus.
• High standards for accuracy, organization, and flexibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with team in hands on development capacity.
