Description:

The primary objective of this position is to achieve monthly and annual goals through sales and recruitment of talented people and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Duties:

Collaborate with internal support staff and managers to develop strategies on how to grow revenue, better serve customers, and/or achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.

Process all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, contracts, and reports.

Prospect by phone and in person.

Identify opportunities to increase market share and attend local events for network opportunities.

Develop sales and marketing presentations that sell the value of our company.

Maintain current clients with exceptional customer service by building relationships, anticipating needs, and reinforcing the value that Utah Media Group delivers to the client.

Ensure that Utah Media Group / NAC policies are upheld by managing client expectations and working with the client to adhere to company policies, contracts, etc.

Present a positive and professional demeanor and appearance that reflects Utah Media Group standards. Be motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.

Maintain and improve on professional and technical knowledge by attending weekly sales meetings and training offered both by Utah Media Group and external sources.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Advertising or Marketing and two or more years of related experience preferred.

Excellent sales skills to identify the business needs of customers, specifically the ability to assess sales opportunities, articulate business value, develop and execute a territory and account plan, develop and deliver creative solutions to meet customer needs, and prospect for new business.

Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions related to achieving revenue goals.

Interpersonal skills to develop relationships with customers, other sales staff, peers, marketing, and management.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.

Problem-solving skills and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Strong presentation skills.

Computer skills with working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, Internet and database applications.

Ability to penetrate new accounts to grow existing customer base.

Ability to present a coherent solution to the client.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
