Description:
An established Attorney in Cedar City is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to start immediately. We are looking for a driven, self-starter who is willing to assist our Attorney and paralegal in organizing the flow of work into and out of our office. Responsibilities will include: answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, coordinating schedules, managing client files and managing client workflow
Qualifications:
Our ideal applicant will have at minimum a GED (some college preferred), strong interpersonal and phone skills, strong written and verbal skills, a professional demeanor, word processing and filing skills are a must, organizational skills and attention to detail are also required.
