The tasks being performed are repeated multiple times each day. These tasks require everything to be clean and in its place. The tasks require a lot of walking, bending over, lifting and cleaning. There are times where it requires long hours to meet the need of our guests.
Besides the opportunity for scaled financial compensation, some rewards include helping travelers enjoy their experience in Cedar City and Southern Utah, working with a team, and following a system to meet expected outcomes and goals. The expectation of our guests is very high. Their experience is a reflection of our commitment to them. Our goal is for our guests and visitors to not only return but refer others because of their experience.
Starting pay is $8.00 an hour. Increases and bonuses are based on performance. Daily shifts start at 9:00 am. Hours available range from 20- 40 a week based on room demand.
