Description:
Part-time and Internship positions available for Youth Mentors in a Residential Treatment Program. We work with teenaged boys who are struggling with pornography/sexual behavior issues, and utilize a relationship-based, adventure-focused approach.
Mentors demonstrate our core values - growth, grit, and compassion - and have a passion for helping youth work through their emotional and social challenges, and begin to reach their full potential.
Experience - or interest in learning - in adventure activities and/or behavioral sciences is preferred, but all training is provided. Hourly rate starts at $12, but can go up from there with experience, growth, etc.
Part-time and Internship positions are available every day of the week, organized in the following shifts: Morning shift (7:00am - 3:00pm), Swing shift (2:30pm - 10pm), and Graveyard shift (10pm - 7am)
Qualifications:
Experience and/or interest in Behavioral Science, Education or Outdoor Recreation is preferred. Applicants in other majors (i.e. Liberal Arts, Business, Organizational Behavior, etc.) with an interest in making a difference in a young man's life are also encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be 21 years old, pass a background check, and of course have the legal right to work in the U.S.
