Description:
A national leader in disposable medical devices has an immediate need for a Customer Account Representative. The Customer Account Representative role is heavy customer service with a relationship building emphasis. This is an ideal position for someone who loves working with people and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities of the Customer Account Representative:
Answering hi-volume in-bound calls
Gathering Patient demographics and billing information to complete orders
Process orders in company’s internal database
Maintain proper records in company databases
Educate customers on products and recommend additional ones as necessary
Responsible for responding to customer telephone questions and concerns
To provide exceptional customer service
Properly routes calls to designated individuals and departments when necessary.
Communicates effectively as part of a team approach with other departments in servicing customers.
Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as necessary
Qualifications:
Requirements of the Customer Account Representative:
1-2 years customer service experience
Associates degree
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Exceptional call handling and customer service skills
Outgoing Personality with the ability to build relationships
Conflict Resolution
Exceptional email, grammar and written communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), and the Internet.
Problem solving skills.
Able to work in a team environment, think creatively and perform with enthusiasm.
