Description:

The Client Reporting team for a top financial firm is seeking a Reporting Analyst who is able to manage daily reports and oversee data integrity on client statements. The global team liaises with internal divisions to ensure accurate and timely delivery of statements that comply with industry and government rules and regulations. A high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills is a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

Consolidate and prepare standard and custom client reports Understand and identify potential risk in the reporting process Act as a central point of contact Manage daily responsibilities and inquiries while also working on additional projects Participate in implementation discussions to identify client’s requirements

Strong interpersonal skills to work proactively with all levels within the firm Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) proficiency; VBA a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment; able to work independently and as a self-starter, as appropriate Able to meet deadlines Strong control focus and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree required
