A typical day as an ERP System and Process Consultant may include the following:

Leverage accounting knowledge, understanding of business processes and hands-on experience with ERP systems implementations to help clients be successful. Lead clients through their business process and solution optimization change initiatives. Provide direction on which ERP solutions are a fit for specific business requirements. Guide clients through their solutions selection decisions. Analyze work processes, systems, organizational functions and structures to design recommendations for efficiency. Provide insight on shaping business and technology direction and strategies for external customers. Collaborate with a team of highly motivated consultants, analysts and project managers to deliver optimal solutions to clients. Develop detailed, compelling and analytical deliverables to convey complex thoughts and ideas to various stakeholders. Contribute to the EBTC solutions portfolio by leveraging current and previous experience gained from client projects. Be accountable for consistent chargeability levels and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and client satisfaction goals. Consistently contribute to both the team's and the Firm's profitability by participating in business development activities, from generating and cultivating new business opportunities to providing technical support for deal proposal development.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with background knowledge in accounting and with experience implementing ERP solutions. Our ideal candidate will be naturally inquisitive, driven to find optimal solutions and is at ease in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. We value collaboration, authenticity, creativity, curiosity and tenacity.

ERP savvy is an understatement. You have lived and breathed implementing ERP solutions for other users. Now you consult clients on how to select the correct solution for their business to reach their goals. You have 5+ years hands-on experience implementing ERP solutions. You have ERP solutions analysis and consulting experience along with related business process improvement experience. You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business. You are passionate about and keep up-to-date with the best-in-class technology for ERP solutions, industry-specific business software, cloud platforms and solutions, leading-edge technologies and industry/market knowledge. You do well delving through details of requirements definition, needs assessments and the analysis of solutions. You are proactive and take ownership for assigned tasks and projects, ensuring high-quality results for individual and team deliverables. You thrive on cultivating and nurturing relationships to ensure high client satisfaction. You prosper when working with diverse project teams that consist of people from across all parts of the organization (across departments and geographies). You can juggle and balance the introduction of new ideas, approaches and strategies with the practical requirements of the business. You are a clear, direct and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. You are computer proficient, specifically Microsoft Office and other various software packages. You are willing to go where our clients are, with up to 30 percent of your time being travel.
