Talent Development Sr Specialist – Facilitation & Evaluation will be responsible for delivering innovative, cutting-edge training experiences and role-specific blended training solutions for front line and leadership development. Utilized Learning Management System and other reporting to track, implement and evaluate training participation, compliance and effectiveness. Manages multiple projects and partners closely with SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure world-class solutions. Leverages strong competency to lead, high ability to build relationships, and collaborates to drive action and results.

Primary Responsibilities:

Delivery/Facilitation & Effectiveness – Deliver learning objectives based on customer requirements and sound expertise. Deliver training with various media (classroom, web, video, eLearning). Deliver solutions that drive organizational and individual excellence. Test content to ensure quality and maintain and update existing content with a continuous improvement mindset. Evaluate programs for training effectiveness, participation and future needs to report back to design team. Know How Building / Sharing – Stay current on learning industry trends and best practices. Collaborates with facilitator to ensure participant-centered experiences that lead to behavior or skill change. Build relationships across the brand. Project Management - Uses project management skills to lead project teams and outside vendors to deliver projects on time within cost. Collaboratively works with others to achieve best solutions and mutual commitments within a project. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with SME and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

Education: BA or BS Degree in Instructional Systems Design, English, Training/Curriculum preferred or relevant experience in a development or related field, 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Instructional Designer and/or Facilitator. Comfortable in television studio environment, recording video and delivering live training via distance learning. Exposure to designing and developing learning strategies that drive performance improvement, with a strong background in creating blended programs with a strong eLearning foundation. Exposure to LMS’s and LCMS’s, and an understanding of eLearning development software and standards. Exposure to developing interactive online e-learning courses or web based training. Passion for technology and gamification. Ability to effectively work and communicate with people at all levels within the organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals/groups at all levels within the organization. Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills with a demonstrated history of managing priorities, workflow, and multiple projects simultaneously. Creative, flexible and innovative team player; ability to work effectively within an environment with constantly changing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to understand and respond to a diverse population. Good judgment and analytical skills with the ability to make timely and sound decisions based on data.
