Reporting to the Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition Manager, the Business Data Analyst Intern provides business analysis and staff support services to Talent Acquisition on all aspects of the recruitment process, such as: Assists in analyzing talent acquisition operations and processes in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness Assists in developing staffing processes to obtain targeted staffing levels for assigned areas Monitors, tracks possible root causes, and develops possible responses to turnover trends within assigned area Develops, enhances, and maintains reports used to measure completion and success of tasks throughout the recruitment process Collaborates on cross-functional projects Completes other duties as assigned to support the Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications:

Currently working on a degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Management, Math, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.

Candidates for internships will be required to provide transcripts and 2 letters of recommendation, either from their educational institute or a combination educational institute/past or present employer. Strong knowledge of Excel Strong experience creating pivot tables and visually appealing reports, while adding context to data sets. Prefer experience developing reports leveraging proficient knowledge of databases. Excellent interpersonal communication & problem solving skills. Ability to use data to identify process efficiencies & gaps. Prefer experience writing SQL queries. —OR— An equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
