What you can expect to do in the role:
This Full-time role, will support the finance department by completing daily accounting tasks as required.
Will work together with other departments and will use critical thinking and communication skills to apply accounting theory and knowledge in specific areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, inventory control, and fixed assets.
Qualifications:
What you’ll need to be a successful part of our team:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Knowledge of finance principles
Knowledge of financial reporting
Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation
Technical accounting skills
Previous experience of general accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel
