Job Summary
This is an outstanding oppportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing communications, and looking to gain invaluable hands-on marketing experience with a leading global company. This individual will be immersed in a culture of leadership and will have the opportunity to experience life-changing leadership and individual effectiveness training. They will be involved in a number of projects including: event communication, campaign communication, marketing automation, lead nurturing, demand generation, and database management. They will gain invaluable experience using cutting edge technology such as Eloqua, Salesforce, Magento, and other CMS tools for building web pages.
Essential Job Functions
o Manage an email communications calendar
o Execute email campaigns to promote and fill events
o Manage the database in Eloqua to ensure growth and accuracy for segmenting purposes
o Make recommendations for campaign communication and lead nurture content development
o Analyze and improve effectiveness of email campaigns and provide useful reports to team
o Refine points of data collection to ensure accuracy and high conversion rates
o Assist in building web pages and managing content through the CMS
o Willing to assist in a variety of projects and roles to ensure overall success of marketing team
Qualifications:
Requirements
A degree in Marketing or related field is required (candidates on track for graduation this school year will qualify). No prior experience is required. The ideal cannidate will be passionate about marketing with an aptitude for technology and a fascination with modern marketing technologies. They must have an outgoing team-player mindset, a great attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, and possess drive and initiative. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical. Must be profficient in the Microsoft programs. Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Understanding of HTML and basic coding is also a plus.
