Role Description

You will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing and owning the technical aspect of our web acquisition properties, including developing layouts, functionalities and improving performance according to the business owner’s specifications. The position requires a high level of collaboration with the marketing and engineering team to ensure new features and projects are built and tested properly. The person in this position with work side-by-side with the Web Manager on a daily basis, serving as the primary technical touchpoint for our website’s needs.

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level developer, with at least 2 years working on an eCommerce website or with Google Analytics. This person will work closely with the Web Marketing Manager to help develop a visually/functionally appealing website that features user-friendly design, ultimately tailored to providing the best user experience while increasing onsite conversions at each step of the funnel.

Qualifications:

Experience and a strong working understanding of Google’s Web Suite (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) is key, and the ability to proactively identify technical improvements in Google Analytics and prioritize based on impact is crucial to success.

Understanding of technical SEO and CRO is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who’s comfortable working alone or as part of a collaborative effort. Languages/Framework
