Mission Statement: The Bridge to Independence Program at MSPA provides a well scaffolded and immersive environment for students to practice increasing levels of self-initiative, responsibility, and independence for their lives while maintaining receptivity to mentorship, skill building and interdependence with others as a young adult.

Must be alert throughout the night, sleeping is acceptable as long as hourly checks are happening. Responsible for monitoring students during sleeping hours, may include some other organizational duties.

Must be teachable, dependable, and punctual, be a team player, have leadership skills and be able to work well with adolescents.

25-35 hours per week

Qualifications:

High School Diploma Must be 21 years old or older Valid Driver’s License
