We need sales professionals with wireless experience and a passion to help grow the leader of the global market in high-tech electronics manufacturing and digital media.
In this position you would represent one of the world’s leading providers of mobile solutions, focusing on products for small to medium sized businesses. The Inside Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for end-users and manages existing and newly acquired accounts.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success: • Manage a high volume of accounts • Retain and grow revenue within your accounts • Learn and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services • Prioritize workload to achieve goals • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of wireless industry • Proficiency with Microsoft office and relevant computer software and hardware • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presence • Upsell and cross-sell on additional solutions • Increase share of wallet of mobile solutions inside existing B2B accounts
What’s required to be considered? • 1 year of B2B account management experience preferred • College Degree preferred • Previous mobile, B2B wireless carrier, or mobile IT channel industry experience preferred • Highly analytical and data driven • Effective time management with excellent written and spoken communication skills • Computer experience/knowledge required. Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office required • Must have ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
