We are looking for sales ROCKSTARS to be a part of our newest sales team in South Jordan, UT. Our Client’s integrated mobile platform delivers the flexibility and security that business demands, with business services and support that ensures a mobile solution that succeeds and grows with the organization. MarketStar is the leader of Sales as a Service solutions, with outsourced sales teams representing many of the world’s biggest and brightest brands.

We need sales professionals with wireless experience and a passion to help grow the leader of the global market in high-tech electronics manufacturing and digital media.
The Sales Operations Manager is aligned with a high-value client to provide visionary leadership and execution of MarketStar’s business, which includes developing, planning, directing, executing, and coordinating processes for multiple, ongoing projects and initiatives. You will lead and improve sales effectiveness for internal and potential external sales teams to improve processes and ensure established standards and procedures are followed. You must meet stringent deadlines with a superior degree of professionalism, precision, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success:
• Effectively manage projects to ensure successful execution; make changes, as deemed appropriate, to monitor progress and keep projects on schedule
• Implement existing initiative plans; assign, direct, and oversee the work of team members to ensure solutions are achieved and projects are successfully completed
• Provide executive management with visibility and updates, ensuring compliance with priority and timeline expectations
• Other ad hoc duties and projects, as assigned
• Work with the client to optimize the instance of Salesforce and relative implementations of Marketo, InContact, and other key tools to be leveraged during rep engagements.
• Continually identify key data points for measurement and reporting that drive performance and insight against goals and objectives.
• Providing value-added reporting to client stakeholders regarding performance across the entire program and on a rep-by-rep level.
• Work with training staff and MarketStar management team to develop and improve training curriculum (new employee, product, platform, small group, large group and 1:1).
• Establish a standard work and structure to the client engagement, liaising with support services and MarketStar operations
Qualifications:
What’s required to be considered?
• Experience in professional level sales preferred
• 3 or more years sales required; inside sales experience preferred
• 3 or more years sales operations experience preferred
• Salesforce certification preferred
• Skilled at sales methodologies, pipeline management, and best practices
• Excellent leadership abilities; skilled at management and mentoring
• Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal, team spirit and ability to work under high pressure
• Good understanding of mobile industry/business
• Able to use all related hardware and software applications (CRM)
• Bachelor’s degree in business field or equivalent combination of directly-related professional experience and education
