POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Administrative Assistants is responsible to ensure that all tasks relating to records management are completed accurately and on a timely basis. This requires coordinating data derived from all departments at Cinnamon Hills and generating cohesive accurate reporting.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently organize and prioritize responsibilities with consistency and positive results
Ability to be interrupted by high priority items and return to previous tasks without losing focus
Knowledge of JCAHO Standards, Licensing, and Contract reporting and communication requirements
Understand and follow designated policies and procedures
Update required reporting and submit in a timely manner
Knowledge of HIPAA laws and communication requirements
Ability to contribute to the development of clear policies and procedures with are in compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements
Arrange visitations that comply with program structure
Follow the Program Structure and to uphold the rules of the program.
Responsible for other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED
College degree preferred
Computer and word processing skills with efficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
Background Screening Clearance
Drug Screening
TB Screening, mandatory
Excellent people and communication skills, as well as technical writing skills
