We are looking for sales ROCKSTARS to be a part of our newest sales team in South Jordan, UT. Our client’s integrated mobile platform delivers the flexibility and security that business demands, with business services and support that ensures a mobile solution that succeeds and grows with the organization. MarketStar is the leader of Sales as a Service solutions, with outsourced sales teams representing many of the world’s biggest and brightest brands.

MarketStar is looking for hard-working, technically savvy people who are motivated and have an appetite for building lasting business relationships. We need sales professionals with wireless experience and a passion to help grow the leader of the global market in high-tech electronics manufacturing and digital media.

This position will work with one of the world’s leading providers of mobile solutions focusing on small to medium sized businesses. The Sales Manager will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager and will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day activities and performance of the sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success: • Successfully drive team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas • Monitor the team’s performance and identify achievements as well as areas of focus • Ensure continued progress of the team by proactively taking responsibility for the sales representatives’ day-to-day development and performance • Motivate sales representatives to succeed, manage program day-to-day activities, training, logistics and other activities as required • Consistent coaching, including: o Y-Jacking o Live call monitoring o Rep score-carding o Rep 1-on-1 o Rep performance evaluations o Ongoing career development • Ensure rep productivity, drive effective activity • Identification of best practices, provide insight to the team • Program feedback and strategic recommendations for additional program strategies, tactics, revisions and implementations based on observations of the programs’ people, processes, and product • Consistently review team and program-level reporting to understand team’s performance and provide guidance and insight to team members, leaders and client

Qualifications:

What’s required to be considered? • Internal applicants must be exceeding metrics in current position • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • At least 3 years of management/supervisory experience or equivalent in a telesales/inside sales environment OR currently holds a MarketStar Coach or Team Lead position • Direct, B2B, and/or Telesales experience required, preferably with an SMB focus • Superior communication and writing skills • Great Interpersonal skills and the ability to build high-performing teams • Good understanding of mobile industry • Computer experience/knowledge required. Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office required • Must have ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously • Must have an adaptive management style and be able to work at micro and macro levels
