Description:

Cinnamon Hills is a residential treatment program for youth ages 12 – 17 whose emotional and behavioral characteristics are impeding their ability to succeed in their current educational setting. Our highly structured environment and well-trained staff work together to ensure student behaviors are under control and the educational environment remains a safe and productive place for learning. This provides each student with the opportunity to engage effectively in the full scope of academic and therapeutic services.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Night Watch staff is responsible to provide safety and security for students between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. This is done through visual bed checks and coordination of student needs with Night Watch Supervisors.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide accurate documentation on paperwork and remain awake and alert while on duty. This position requires sitting for long periods of time. Follow the Program Structure and to uphold the rules of the program.
Attend necessary trainings Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED Preferred Background Screening Clearance Drug Screening TB Screening, mandatory EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in residential treatment setting preferred.
