Description:

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop and install software solutions. Metal Fatigue Solutions is a new company that has multiple pieces of software written in several languages that need constant debugging and updates. We also have plans to develop more innovative software solutions in the near future. A candidate that is flexible, creative, and a quick learner will excel. Responsibilities • Write well-designed, testable code • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures • Document and maintain software functionality • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback • Ensure software is updated with latest features • Help with the IT related issues around the office when needed (troubleshooting internet connection, computer virus issues, etc.)

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience • Ability to program in some of the following languages: o C++, Python, Go, C# • Experience with web technologies is a plus o CSS, HTML, Javascript, Django • Exceptional teamwork. We work with a team of mechanical and electrical engineers on all of our projects. • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) • Knowledge of GIT • Creativity. We are a new company that is always open to new software solutions within our field. Our engineers are expected to be constantly innovating and presenting new ideas to the team.
