We are looking for an outgoing multi-tasker with exceptional communication skills. Please read the following details before applying.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily administration of the massage studio and creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
Depending on what your shift is, you will be responsible for opening or closing the studio, general administration, providing friendly and professional customer service in person and on the phone
Scheduling appointments
Maintaining cash drawer
Managing therapists that are on the schedule, as well as communicating any important and urgent information to our management team.
For this position you must be timely, reliable, and friendly

Requirements:
Majors: Business, Communications, Health Science, Nursing, Physical Therapy
At least 3 years of customer service experience
Reliable and punctual with exceptional phone skills
Must be able to work Sundays, weekends and evenings
