The CHG product team is growing and we have a need for a new Product Manager. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for product planning and execution of a product roadmap and a/b testing strategies for our websites. The product planning must be based upon continuously delivering value to customers through a/b testing, feature building, and landing page optimizations. He / she will gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements that align with the product vision and company strategy. These product changes will include enhancements, additions, and overhauls to areas of the websites of the company. This role requires coordination with the company's engineering, QA, marketing, UX and product teams. He / she must be able to influence others in order to get things done as they will have no direct authority over them. The successful candidate incumbent will report to the Sr. Manager of Web & Mobile.

Qualifications:

  • Coordinate and implement tests for our website and analyze results using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target applications

  • Write Epics and user stories for Web Application Developers to successfully estimate and implement solutions

  • Uses online conversions, web traffic, customer research, and other market data to inform decisions

  • Identify, analyze, and research opportunities for customer growth and expansion within the digital experience

  • Defines, gathers, and measures the success of features they define and implement

  • Is responsible for understanding the needs of current and future customers and how they leverage the product to get work completed effectively

  • Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and be the voice of the customer throughout the product development process

  • Ensure user stories are implemented consistent with the desired business/user outcomes

  • Understand Agile development processes that ensure quality and produce expected customer outcomes

  • Works collaboratively with UX and customers to ensure the experience is validated and incorporated into designs and requirements

  • Is responsible for gathering, organizing, and responding to, feature requests for their areas of ownership

  • Respond to inquiries / needs from other areas of the business including support, sales, product marketing, and partners

  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and GA)

  • Knowledge and work experience in Agile methodology highly preferable

  • Ability to write User stories and technical documentations

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and process skills

  • Team oriented: ability to motivate and work well with diverse and cross-functional teams

  • Experience conducting and analyzing end user, product and market research

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related field

  • 2-4 years' experience in product management (customer facing experience preferred)

Preferred:

  • Technical Search Engine Optimization experience a plus
