We are looking for a passionate Product Analyst to grow with our team. Responsibilities include answering business questions through database analysis and web analytics reporting/implementation. The Product Analyst will work within a web application product team focusing on new product development. Main element in this position is aiding the product team in finding areas of opportunity and analyzing engagement. Must be determined to drive results and dynamic enough to think strategically and execute tactically. Adheres to company and division mission and core values.

Qualifications:

• Work with Web Application Product team to answer questions about existing process and identify opportunities to improve user experience. • Answer and present analysis of complex business questions from Product and Marketing leaders via data analysis • Work with Email team and sales division leaders to identify, pull and present segment criteria for email campaigns • Work with interactive/product marketing teams to identify business objectives and develop and present solutions to effectively and efficiently meet those stated objectives • Collaborate with the other members of the product team and organization to develop the best overall experience to meet the organization's objectives • Fit into a department of multiple teams, often with overlapping responsibilities, with a strong desire to work collaboratively to leverage each other's strengths • Build/optimize/update product reports/dashboards • Provide insight and analysis based on reports to appropriate stakeholders to improve functionality/performance and future planning • Responsible for identifying gaps in data capture and maintaining accurate data collection • Proactively communicates status updates through reports/dashboards as well as meetings and verbal communication with all levels of leadership • Develop and implement analytical solutions to identify opportunities within our web applications and to optimize engagement performance What You'll Bring: • Grit to work through obstacles and achieve goals • Positive attitude and professional team player • Ability to learn new things through a variety of teaching methods • Ability to flex in and out of projects and quickly provide value • Strong ability to think strategically as well as creatively • Self-starter with emphasis on multi-tasking, prioritizing and organization • Manage time effectively and devise/achieve work goals independently • Interact and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing • Ability to answer business questions and tell the story by assembling and analyzing data from multiple sources • Ability to help implement web analytics software and interpret results for tracking product usage • Ability to join multiple datasets for analysis and evaluation and communicate results effectively • Intermediate web analytics skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA), SQL or other database language • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to evaluate, understand and interpret data from both internal and client perspectives and to utilize information for actionable decisions to achieve business results Education and Experience: • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent experience required • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or similar role where reporting and analysis experience has been built • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics / Omniture, Target, Google Analytics).
