The Inside Sales Representative will work internally to make the match between the client and the provider.
Qualifications:

Responds to provider inquiries regarding traveling opportunities
-
Acts as single point of contact for providers coordinating all aspects or provider sales and service
-
Negotiates contract terms with provider within team guidelines
-
Consults with risk management, human resources and/or team leader regarding employee matters outside of their expertise

Persuades existing providers to contract for additional days with CompHealth
-
Establishes and maintains communication and rapport with providers to encourage a long-term working relationship with CompHealth

Accurately communicates client requirements and job description to ensure a proper match

Facilitates placement of providers into client's medical facility by matching provider skill level, licenses, preferences, board status and credentials

Collaborates with Client Representative in filling sold days within appropriate profit margin range
-
Maintains appropriate amount of provider contact to ensure assignment is running smoothly and to address any concerns pro-actively

Maintains updated provider database and sold days

Ensures completion of QI information

Ensures completeness of assignment related tasks; travel, housing, payroll, licensing and credentialing

Other projects as assigned by management

Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently
What You'll Bring:

At least one year sales experience with professional products or services
-
Communicate and understand professional level service needs, provider credentials and client practices

Ability to be persuasive and influential

Prefer past experience in a goal based and metric driven environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially phone skills

Strong database management application skills
-
Prefer experience with MS Word and spreadsheet programs such as Excel

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong multi-tasking skills to help effectively manage multiple projects and large amounts of information and documentation

Excellent time management skills

Strong interpersonal skills and dynamic personality

Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system

Professional level written and oral communications skills

Experience in provision of customer service

Minimum one year experience in the direct sales of products or services

College level education

Experience in the healthcare industry
