As General Manger you will be primarily accountable for day-to-day operations at the property. Your responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, and developing (not necessarily in that order) front-line hotel staff for long-term success. You will be instrumental in developing systems and processes to adhere to hotel and company standards and to develop a strong service culture and ensure follow-through in every department. You will manage all aspects of the hotel with emphasis on maximizing value by driving sales and profitability while fully realizing the potential of all staff members at each hotel.

You will be measured on your ability to follow-through, ensure systems are created and implemented, processes are followed, revenue & profit goals are created and met, properties are maintained & clean, projects are completed, brand standards are enforced, employee turn-over is low & guest satisfaction is high. If 10X-ing the average Hotel GM appeals to you, then the following expectations should be a walk in the park:

• Managing the financial performance of the Hotel property and the achievement of property sales & profit objectives, including management of the profit & loss statement at the property level, deposits, accounting, etc. • Function as the primary strategic leader of the hotel with responsibility for all aspects of the operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance and sales and revenue generation • Drive high-quality and sustainable adoption of our company culture and standards through a variety of means including (but not limited to): coaching and team building; being a great role model; leading employee engagement efforts and driving effective communication standards across the property • Manage repairs, maintenance, (CapEx) capital improvement projects • Selecting, hiring, and developing front-line hotel staff in all departments • Ensure that all employee and business decisions are in line with our company Mission, Values and Guiding Principles • Lead and coach with key training efforts for the property based on our operational systems and processes • Calm under pressure • Analyze and present business results and work with the property leadership team to quickly develop effective strategies that address hotel needs. Make key decisions and oversee execution, removing obstacles to success and ensuring appropriate resources are available to achieve our company and professional Goals • Facilitating and directing daily meetings with hotel staff. • Follow through with implementation of new processes & projects. • Solution and detail oriented and accountable for your actions and the actions of your staff. • Highly organized in all areas of management

Qualifications:

The perfect candidate has at least… • 3 years of experience as a Hotel or Restaurant GM in an upscale or luxury hotel • Passion for the hospitality industry. • THE ABILITY TO LIVE ON SITE OR WITHIN THE 20 MINUTES OF THE HOTEL PROPERTY. The property is located in Torrey Utah. • Reliable transportation
