Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the Publisher Solutions team the B2B division of DDM. Media companies from all over the world use Deseret Digital Media's consulting, content and technology service offerings to better serve their audiences and grow their digital businesses. As a Content Manager you will oversee all aspects of our custom and curated content offerings by recruiting, training and managing our network of freelance writers, working closely with both internal and external content providers and continually evaluating and evolving our content products to better serve our customers.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, train and manage network of remote writers, graphic artists and videographers
Manage remote content strategists
Manage remote syndication editors and all aspects of curated syndication feeds
Manage and develop third party content provider relationships
Interface with internal content partners
Develop engagement metrics and reporting for DDM content
Manage delivery of DDM content to customers
Work closely with accounts and business development managers to create and execute content strategies and products that address customer and market needs
Qualifications:
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, communications or journalism
3+ years of experience content writing, editing or content management
Social media and SEO knowledge
Ability to make strategic decisions based off of statistics
Ability to effectively manage complex projects on a deadline
Excellent communication skills, both in person and in print
Strong management skills including ability to manage remote teams
Technical and computer skills
Willing and capable of adapting to ever-changing media policies and practices
Firm grasp of grammar rules and AP style writing
Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
