We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the Publisher Solutions team the B2B division of DDM. Media companies from all over the world use Deseret Digital Media's content and technology service offerings to better serve their audiences and grow their digital businesses. As a Customer Success Manager you will work to ensure the overall success of our partners by demonstrating how DDM's service offerings can impact and bring value to their business. You will be the owner of the customer relationship, and will work to grow customer accounts to expand your personal book of business.
Responsible for:
Managing all aspects of client success and becoming a trusted advisor for all client needs
Overall customer success by effectively managing partner setup and onboarding process, and overseeing day to day workflows and anticipating client needs
Initial and ongoing training of partner sales and editorial teams
Day to day campaign fulfillment
Understanding and communicating industry trends
Ongoing campaign ideation and consultation with key accounts
Custom network design and management within BrandForge
Product development
Maintaining and in-depth understanding of partner needs, strategies, and expectations
Client reporting
Becoming a subject matter expert of DDM's service offerings, especially native advertising content and technology solutions
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish
3-5 years of professional B2B sales or customer success management experience, preferably in technology or content marketing fields
Experience speaking and training large groups, consulting, and interfacing professionally with customers both external and internal at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage complex projects on deadline
Proven track record of client retention and growth
Strong business sense, high productivity, and problem-solving skills
