Description:

The Hope Group provides support for a set of residential treatment facilities for girls located in Cedar City and Enoch, Utah and has positions open for Youth Mentors working Weekends, Graves and Swing. These are full and part-time position with up to 35 hours a week. We are looking for motivated, upbeat people to help guide and positively direct the youth in our program. This is not babysitting and can be hard work at times. The residential treatment facilities are open seven days a week 24 hours a day and 365 day a year, so applicants must be prepared to work rotating holidays. Wage depends on experience, but we are very competitive and will pay more for self-motivation and merit. Because we are a troubled youth facility, Youth Mentors will receive training in de-escalation, first aid and food handing.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a Drug Test and TB test done after they are hired, provide information for a back-ground check and provide a copy of their driving record. You must be 18 years old to apply due to the requirement for a back-ground check.
