Description:
An engineer is responsible for taking the principles of physics and mathematics and using them to provide practical solutions that are dependable, realistic and cost effective. There must be a balance between innovation, creativity and standardizing proven methods. By studying product design, customer requirements and performance standards, the engineer creates production and fabrication instructions. The engineer establishes protocols and the sequencing of project elements. The engineer contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. The engineer must always be thinking of newer, more efficient, and better ways to produce products, utilizing new systems and upgrades.
Duties and Responsibilities
Take all information and prepare that information for production
Insure that engineering sheets are created in a reliable and accurate manner that includes all appropriate information
Communicate back to design, estimating, and sales any problems or changes related to projects
Determine how product is to be developed and the equipment to be used
Determine install methods for product
Research and development

Qualifications:
Skills and Specifications (we will train candidates on these if needed)
Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge
Knowledge of install methods
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is helpful
Ability to determine proper material usage
Excellent problem solving skills and troubleshooting ability
Ability to visualize concept art through production and installation
Works precisely and pays attention to details
Must be able to comprehend shop drawings
Good communication skills
Excellent organization, planning and execution skills
