Description:
Identifies, researches and solves technical problems customers are having with custom ERP software package.
Helps customers install software and troubleshoot printing, emailing or access errors
Trains customers on software use and functions.
We would like the person to start as soon as possible but are flexible on the date.
Qualifications:
• Experience with technical support/technical customer service or technical background
• Knowledge of networks and/or software installation would be helpful
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently
• Basic understanding of accounting principles or ability to learn them
• Work with little structured supervision
• Strong customer service skills including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
• Technical post-secondary education a plus
