Description:
Ticket sales agents are an integral part of resort operations, as we are often the first department our guests will visit.
Therefore, ticket sales agents must be courteous, knowledgeable and informative. They serve as the primary greeters,
information providers and customer service representatives. This requires being familiar with all aspects of Brian Head
Resort operations, including but not limited to costs, terrain, instructors, rental products, ski school products and food.
You must also be knowledgeable about current events, local attractions, sites and information about the Town of Brian
Head and the services provided by the town.
Qualifications:

Knowledgeable about resort and all of our daily operations.

Have an excellent "customer service presence", welcoming and warm.

Ability to work in a fast pace environment.

Cash handling experience, ability to be in balance.

Computer- literate, which includes familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and different computer programs.

Need to be service-oriented, with the experience in positive guest/customer service.

Must learn our point of sale software quickly and efficiently.

Be task oriented but be able to see the whole picture.

Able to follow and execute instructions.

Able to work alone and independently (within the scope of assigned duties).

Able to work well with diverse populations.

Sensitive to verbal and non-verbal communication.

Ability to recognize boundaries and limitations of duties and not act independently of those functions.
