Description:

This position provides support for UEN’s customers in the Network Operations Center. It is primarily focused on Network Monitoring, Management, and Maintenance.

Responsibilities
Performs duties associated with the management, monitoring, and maintaining UEN’s (Utah Education Network) Network Operations Center. -Management of the network includes documentation of the network and related tasks. -Monitoring of the network includes watching tools and systems to determine the cause of outage or incidents. -Maintaining of the network consists of performing projects and tasks intended to maintain stability of the network or improve network functionality. -Performs Management of projects within the NOC

Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty or equivalency and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
