The Sr. Product Owner is accountable for the delivery of market-leading products that create obvious and compelling value to our customers and exceed company and customer objectives. You will work very closely with all stakeholders, including sales, marketing, subject matter experts, engineering, operations, compliance, quality assurance, and customer support.

The Sr. Product Owner will act as a key innovator and contributor in the ultimate success of the product. You will join our team in building the next generation of our products from the ground up.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

A day in the life: Develop detailed product stories/requirements, in an agile environment, to ensure product delivery consistency with target personas, motivators and expectations Actively participate in all aspects of the product development cycle Work closely with all stakeholders to communicate customer needs, adjust requirements based on technical feedback, prioritize requirements, and manage changing priorities Research, learn and implement technologies to develop background for successful product definition Employ and improve product planning and management best practices, establishing and executing reliable processes for collecting and prioritizing customer/market requirements Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with customer-facing staff as a key resource to address critical pre- and post-sales, customer product issues, and ultimately help drive product sales engagements to closure Lead through influence in both technical and functional settings What we’re looking for: Working Senior knowledge of Automation SDLC, methodologies, tools and processes Sharp eye for details and ability to spot and document deviations/anomalies Uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding requirements (or ability to work through steps to have the requirement changed) Strong general technical competency required Must be self-starting, hard-working and inquisitive Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Proven track record for high-quality product delivery In-depth understanding of the agile software development cycle and methodologies Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills Must work well with others of all personality types in an intense environment Teamwork, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are a required Driven, creative, and results-oriented applicants are highly preferred

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience A minimum of 5 years work experience in Software Development environment A minimum of 3 years work experience directly related scrum/agile product delivery experience A minimum of 3 years leading people (either through influence or direct report)
