Description:

Youth Supervisors needed for a Residential Treatment Center in New Harmony.

Position Grave Shift (10 p.m. to 6 p.m.) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (32 hours a week)

Duties include: Supervision of students Constantly be in communication with team members to ensure that all students are properly supervised Maintain secure situations at all times Support itineraries, agendas, and schedules Work and serve along side students Provide ongoing support for students Monitor and record youths growth, development and behavior on a daily basis Qualifications: Experience working with adolescents, children and/or their families Some college education and/or training to work with adolescents, children and/or their families Physical ability to implement duties as described above Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form Ability to complete all paperwork for employee file

Qualifications:

Must be 21 and up -Would prefer some experience with youth -Must be dependable,
