Description:

Company Description: Total.care is seeking Care Advisors with a passion for service and sales. This role will advise prospective customers who have registered for Total.care online. Care Advisors interact with prospects via phone, email and chat. This person will support a variety of service activities to maintain and improve client acquisition, retention and loyalty. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Follow-up, advise, and close warm customer leads via email, phone and/or chat, in a timely manner • Understand and be able to clearly communicate the value of Total.care product(s) in relationship to the needs of the client • Demonstrate our capabilities to prospects via live online presentations • Maintain detailed records of activities and interactions with clients • Perform tasks related to clients who are implementing Total.care through customer training • Assist with the development of the department including process documenting and training materials • Create and track cases for our technical support team

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills: • Education and/or specialized training in customer service, marketing, sales, or related field • Prefer 1+ years’ experience in customer-facing roles including customer service, marketing, sales, or related field • Call center experience a plus (Total.care provides technology to call centers, customer service departments and healthcare organizations) • Knowledge of basic marketing/sales concepts • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google, social media) • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude • Ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent organization skills and able to prioritize and multi-task well • Strong verbal & written communication skills with a keen attention to detail • Great phone skills and experience handling inbound/outbound customer calls • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment • Adaptable and drive to grow and learn
